In Year 5, children will occasionally be set homework. We encourage everyone to spend quality time reading, learning spellings and practising times tables. On Mondays, children will be given their weekly spellings and will be tested at the end of each half-term. They will also be tested each term on their common exception words (BEE spellings below).
