Poppies at KWS
Fri 09 Nov 2018We are very proud of our KWS 'Poppy Display'. It shows what we can do when we all work together and do 'Take Care' work - we are so delighted with all the children - it looks amazing! We all respectfully had a 2 minute silence to reflect the importance of the poppies on 'Remembrance Day'.

Children in Need
Tue 06 Nov 2018Friday 16th November is Children in Need.
As a school Kirkby Woodhouse every year try and support this good cause. This year we have decided to do a mis-match day. We are asking that your child brings in a donation of £1 (or more if you wish), which will all be donated directly to Children in Need. In return your child can come wearing a wonderfully creative outfit e.g. football shirt with pyjama bottoms and wellies. The outfit can also include something Pudsey bear themed. Please do not spray or dye your child’s hair a different colour, (as it can easily rub off on their clothing). Instead add accessories or wear a hat of some description.
