Sometimes we get cross. In this story Arthur gets so cross, he can't even remember what he was cross about.
When we do get angry, we have lots of energy that we need to get out. Arthur uses his energy to smash and break things but he should use his angry energy in a different way - so this is something you can try.
Get some paint - lots of paint! (Sorry grown-ups at home!) And when you're angry, throw some paint on to some paper and create something new.
In this story, Arthur's Anger causes things to get destroyed but anger can also give us the chance to create something new. Try it out! Pretend to be angry and throw some paint about!
