Schools Massive

2019 A Midsummer Night's Dream


In March 2019, 32 children from KWS graced the Nottingham Playhouse stage with 300 children from 5 other primary and secondary schools to put on a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. The children worked hard for seven weeks with a professional actor from the Playhouse who gave them some fantastic and valuable coaching to produce some brilliant scenes from the production. They were so fabulous, in fact, that our actor would be itching to get back in to school to work with the children each Monday to continue working! 2017 Romeo and Juliet

350 Children from across Nottinghamshire took part in the Schools Massive Project alongside the Nottingham Playhouse to perform William Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet'.  The children who took part from KWS were absolutely fantastic and served as truly brilliant ambassadors for KWS.  You can see a video of the performance from the main stage below.
